🛒 Ordering & Availability
Yes — everything we sell is sourced with care and selected at peak quality. Bakery items arrive fresh, and packaged goods are checked for safety, sealed condition, and proper dates before reaching you.
Some items sell out quickly.
If something is out of stock, click on the button "Notify me when available", type your email address, hit the button again, and you will get an automated notification once the item is back in stock.
Also, check back often or follow us on Instagram for restock updates.
If your order has not yet been processed and fulfilled, we may be able to modify it.
Send us a message as soon as possible!
Once your order has been fulfilled and is out for delivery or has been shipped, we are unable to modify it.
Only for local delivery.
You need a minimum order of $50 CAD to qualify for delivery.
No minimum for pickup or shipping.
🚚 GTA Local Delivery
We deliver to selected GTA areas through our Mitote Zones A, B, and C (Read the Local Delivery Policy for full details about eligible Postal codes)
If your location is eligible for Local delivery, your zone and fee appear automatically at checkout.
Depending on your zone:

↠ Zone B: $12 CAD
↠ Zone C: $18 CAD

↠ Zone A: 1–2 business days
↠ Zone B: 2–3 business days

No pasa nada — you can choose Local Pickup or Canada-wide shipping during checkout.
We’ll try to leave it in a safe spot.
If that isn’t possible, we may attempt redelivery or contact you.

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the courier and service you select, weight and delivery address.
Yes — once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and guide you through next steps.
If the carrier marks it as Delivered, we cannot issue a refund.
🥐 Products & Quality
All items — especially bakery goods — are inspected upon arrival.
We only send items that meet our freshness and safety standards.
Yes — when they are safe, sealed, and of acceptable quality.
These will always be clearly marked as clearance or short-dated and are final sale.
These items are:
↠ Close to the printed best-before date, or
↠ Slightly past the date but still sealed, safe, and good quality
In Canada, “best before” refers to quality, not safety, and many packaged goods remain perfectly safe when stored properly.
Pan dulce: room temperature, airtight, cool and dry for 1–2 days, or freeze for later.

Yes! We accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 10 days of delivery, as long as they're sealed and in their original condition.
Please note:
1. Fresh bakery items and pastries are final sale and not refundable unless they arrived:
↠ Damaged
↠ Spoiled
↠ Incorrect
↠ Past expiry (not applicable for clearance products)
These issues must be reported within 24 hours.
2. Clearance and Short-Date Promo items are final sale and not refundable.

For everyone’s safety and quality, the following are final sale:

↠ Products past their “best before” date
↠ Opened, used, or partially consumed items

We don’t accept returns or refunds based on date concerns alone.
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, or unsafe in any way, please contact us within 24 hours (email or Whatsapp message) with:

↠ Photos (take clear photos of the item + packaging)
↠ Brief explanation
We’ll offer one of the following based on the situation:

↠ Store credit

Mitoteland covers it if:
• We sent the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged
Customer covers it if:
• You changed your mind
• You ordered the wrong item
• The return isn’t due to our error
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may need a bit more time to post the credit.
If the item is:

↠ Unopened
↠ In original packaging
You can request a return within 10 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
